Dear Exchangites,
We are currently working with Alex's Kitchen to host our Christmas dinner on December 12th and we need an early response. Please RSVP now so we can work out the costs. We have a guarantee to meet with the restaurant, which we are not expecting to be an issue, we do need to know if you plan to attend.
Your meal is included and your bar tab is your responsibility - just like always.
The Guest Fee will be $30 but it is not yet due. Please register your guests and we will invoice you later in the year through Quickbooks (the same system that send you your dues invoices). Long story as to why, but we will spare you the boring details. Please ignore the email you will receive from the website that says you need to pay your guest invoice. Payments have been disabled so the link won't work.
