Winning of the prestigious Kennth P Wheaton award this year was George Adams for his continued efforts as scholarship chairman, Country Western Scholarship Dance Founder and Chairman and implementing our new annual ROTC SCHOLARSHIP. We gave $50,000.00 in scholarship money this year!

We were honored to have Mr Wheaton’s wife and two daughters as our guest. Each member in attendance received their membership pins and 5 year incremental membership tags! We had several 35 year tags. Our esteemed member Wes Henderson entertained us with his napkin magic and then installed the new board of directors and officers. Wes will soon be recognized as having 50 years of membership.

Elissa thanked her officers for their dedication to the club and it’s current administration. They then honored her with a thank you gift. The evening adjourned with Rusty introducing his committee chairs and his vision for the upcoming year! We say goodbye to our COVID-19 year and hello to life as before . July 4th will be the first project of the new year with members decorating our neighborhood yards with the American flag- the symbol of the “Land of the Free.”
