If you live in Quail Valley and have ever wondered who places the small flags in your yard on Independence Day—that’s us! Our volunteers are out the evening of July 3rd and the morning of the 4th, placing a flag near the mailbox of every home. In addition, we proudly partner with Boy Scout Troop 1848, who help display flags at the corner of Cartwright Road and Highway 1092 on major holidays.
